The Tomáš Baťa Memorial can be rented for private events, photographing, filming, student projects, wedding ceremonies and more. When planning your event, please remember that the Memorial is a place of reverence.

- Internet connection
- Electrical sockets (available sockets: 1-phase [230 V] and 3-phase [3x 400 V] power)
- The space is neither heated nor air conditioned.
- Its interior is illuminated by soft light from upward-facing lamps reflected off the ceiling, and it cannot be darkened. Daylight has a fundamental effect on visitors’ perception of this space.
Accessibility
- Two steps precede the Memorial’s main entrance. An accessible entrance is available in the rear part of the ground floor.
- Its second and third floors are not handicapped accessible.
Facilities
- Drinking water and sanitary facilities for use while renting the Memorial are available at the Info Point, located in the neighbouring secondary school building. The sanitary facilities are handicapped accessible.

Filming staff welcomed
Are you considering the Memorial as a location for an audiovisual project? Get in touch. The Memorial is film-friendly. Since its opening, the Memorial has “played a role” in, for example, the full-length film “We Have Never Been Modern”, the Czech TV series “Sex O’Clock”, several documentaries for Czech Television, the Dutch TV series “The Mole” and many TV news reports.
